  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services

  • Strong communication, customer handling, and confident sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex sales funnels with disciplined lead management and high conversion rates

  • Highly target-driven, with resilience and emotional intelligence to perform under pressure

  • Proficient in CRM and digital tools to translate data into actionable insights

  • Well-organized, capable of managing multiple high-value clients while maintaining strong professionalism



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Proactively engage and convert warm and cold leads through structured sales funnels to maximize results.

  • Deliver tailored, consultative insurance solutions to high-net-worth and corporate clients

  • Conceptualize and execute exclusive roadshows to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads

  • Manage the full client lifecycle, from needs analysis to seamless policy issuance and customer satisfaction

  • Build long-term relationships to drive persistency, cross-selling, and referrals

  • Maintain accurate records and provide data-driven, insightful reports to optimize sales strategies

  • Work closely with internal departments like Underwriting to ensure timely and efficient client service delivery
