• Age At least 25 years

• Promote and sell substation project solutions and electrical products to corporate, residential, and government clients.
• Identify new clients, build relationships, and maintain long-term business connections.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on ongoing projects.
• Communicate regularly with engineers, contractors, corporate buyers, and project managers.
• Prepare quotations, handle price negotiations, and close sales deals.
• Conduct field visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Must be target-oriented and self-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates from Dhaka are preferred.
