∎ Bachelors in Business (HRM, Accounting, Finance, Management, MIS, ICT Marketing) or Bachelors in Social Science or Huminites. No experience is not essential but 1 to 2 years of experience will be a plus

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Business Development Executive's responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. S/he should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, an exceptional business development officer should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills. The details are:
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders.
∎ Analyzing stakeholers' feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
∎ Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
∎ Analysing qualitative and quantitative information and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Preparing database for the prospective clients and managing database confidentially
∎ Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Communicate with the client about the business opportunity, billing and payment received.
∎ Coordinate with software engineer to ensure the server update on regular basis
∎ Ensure all the compliance of the company and timely submit all reports
∎ Prepare monthly progress statement of the business
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management
∎ Any type of task given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ No experience is not essential but 1 to 2 years of experience will be a plus
∎ Proven experience working as a business development position or similar role.
∎ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The ability to travel as needed.
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
∎ Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Strong business acumen.
∎ Detail-oriented.
∎ Fluency in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work in team, respect team decisions and support multi-cultural team members
