∎ We are recruiting to support our ambitious growth plans. Business Development Director is a newly created position with diversified challenges with high incentives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand the needs of key corporate clients and translates into internal corporate planning and hence to contribute to the performance of each product category (e.g. digital printing unit, retail furniture, flagship outlet solutions, warehouse rack, printing & packaging solutions, institutional furniture, POSM, outdoor branding, customized solutions etc.)
∎ Ensure superior customer service to key customers through active engagements with all key internal stakeholders and periodic factory visits.
∎ Develop long term rapport with key accounts through periodic visits to solve issues and support during special campaigns/projects by value added services. Ensure solid cross functional engagements.
∎ Drive desk & fields research initiatives to understand new business opportunities & embed in plans.
∎ Lead demand creation strategies and new product service offerings to improve revenue streams.
∎ Formulate targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and follow up with the sales team.
∎ Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
∎ Lead identification of opportunities to optimize business processes to improve customer service.
∎ Lead new business opportunity based on business network feedback and economic landscape
∎ Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop plans for adapting existing portfolios to new business opportunities.
∎ Lead the team with full empowerment with high priority in succession planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
