Job Context:
∎ National Housing Finance and Investments Limited (NHFIL), is one of the leading Non-Banking Financial Institutions is sponsored by 3 Banks, 7 Insurance Companies, and 7 Local renowned Corporate Bodies. The company is operating its business since 1998 and listed with DSE & CSE. The management of the NHFIL consists of a team led by senior bankers with experience in national and international banking & finance. Our core business is Housing Finance but also includes Lease Finance, Term Loan and SME etc.
∎ We are looking for target oriented, young, energetic and courageous experienced / fresh graduates for Sales & Marketing Department (Asset / Liability).
∎ Job Station: Selected candidates will have to serve the organization at any of its offices/branches.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asset Marketing:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with existing & potential customers and provide good customers service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of other products and their feature.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.
∎ Liability Marketing:
∎ Achieve individual Deposit target on Deposit products on monthly basis set by respective Sales Team Manager.
∎ Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from good and prospective clients.
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to Sales Team Manager regularly.
∎ Ensure proper filling up of application forms by clients.
∎ Ensure collection of all documents from the respective clients only and also concerned regarding the authentication of those documents.
∎ Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as per Institution Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience in related field will be privileged.
∎ Good computer knowledge and operational skill.
∎ For experienced candidates age may be relaxed.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target.
