Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Honors / Bachelors / Master degree from recognized university. Major in Economics / IT / Statistics will be a value addition
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating detailed Business Analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and probable solutions for the business
∎ Analyzing forecasts, proposing budgets and analyzing financial results based on clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators
∎ Analyze Organization and Management Practices
∎ Business Process Modelling
∎ Create workflow charts and diagrams
∎ Studying the System Capabilities and writing specifications
∎ Business Trend Analysis- Forecasts, Capacity and Market Share Analysis
∎ Work with Balanced Score Card; specifically look for deficiencies, failures & inefficiencies, and propose feasible solutions
∎ Case Modelling as to how the business should work successfully
∎ Feasibility Study, Gap Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Capacity and Demand Gap Analysis, Risk Analysis
∎ Developing Business Models (Mathematically and / or Simulation based)
∎ Driving fresh initiatives for Financial Planning, Budgeting and Business Intelligence Systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 03 to 05 (three to five) years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
∎ The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge on the following:
∎ Advanced level MS Excel skills
∎ Problem Solving skills
∎ Leadership and Management skills
∎ Project Management
∎ Strong Communications / Interpersonal skills
∎ Forecasting, Budgeting and Financial Analysis
∎ Able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
∎ Proven analytical background
∎ The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
∎ Well conversant in English & Bangla
∎ Pro-active, friendly, smart & hard-working
∎ Adaptable, agile and able to manage constant change innovative thinking
∎ Tactical & Patient; Sympathetic & Compassionate
∎ A good listener and pleasant orator
∎ Well organized in managing multiple tasks / manage large workloads & maintaining deadlines
∎ Familiar with ERP system
