Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare User Manual, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
∎ Project Management Skills.
∎ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear Knowledge of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), database design document, testing document, etc.
∎ Clear knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and SDLC models.
∎ Software Requirements Analysis technics.
∎ Experience in Bid/Technical Proposal Preparation for Govt. project/ Local / International for RFQ, EOI will be given preference in selection criteria.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example flow chart, graphics & Video manual/recording/editing tools) will be an added advantage.Strong knowledge in MS Powerpoint with excellent creative skills to be able to create a presentation.
∎ Commanding knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, Photoshop.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Mock development, Diagram making, and Prototyping tools.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
∎ Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
