Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field

• It is preferred to have associated work experience but internship experience will be enough.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example flow chart, graphics & Video manual/recording/editing tools) will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge in MS Powerpoint with excellent creative skills to be able to create a presentation.

• Commanding knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, Photoshop.

• Sound Knowledge in Mock development, Diagram making, and Prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English

• Project Management Skills.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Clear Knowledge of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), database design document, testing document, etc.

• Clear knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and SDLC models.

• Software Requirements Analysis techniques.

• Prepare User Manual, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

• Perform quality assurance

• Define reporting and alerting requirements

• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

• Help design, document and maintain system processes

• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

• Communicate key insights and findings to product team

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

• Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, surveys, or meetings.

• Work with development and QA teams to ensure the solution meets business needs.

• Assist in reviewing deliverables against requirements.
