Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Preferred Professional Certifications (Added Advantage):

• ECBA/CCBA/CBAP (IIBA – Business Analysis)

• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• Data Analytics / BI Tools Certification (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

• ERP Systems Certification (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a Business Analyst as part of our operational excellence initiative, who will play a key role in analyzing production and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role bridges technical and business perspectives, ensuring efficient workflows, cost optimization, and strategic planning for sustained growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, production data, and operational workflows.

• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

• Support strategic planning and project management initiatives.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or management.
