Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)

ERP/BI Tools Certification (SAP, Power BI, etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a Civil Engineering or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) background to support our infrastructure and operational projects. The role focuses on analyzing project workflows, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights for management decision-making. The candidate will bridge technical knowledge with business strategy to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.

• Analyze construction and operational processes, project data, and workflows.

• Identify areas for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.

• Support strategic decision-making and project management initiatives.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or management.
