To ensure safe, comfortable, and quality service for our passengers, we are looking for sincere, responsible, and customer-friendly Bus Supervisors / Passenger Guides.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all passenger-related activities during bus trips.

• Ensure passengers’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the journey.

• Assist passengers with seating arrangements, ticket checks, and luggage management.

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and service quality inside the bus.

• Coordinate with the driver and control room for smooth trip operations.

• Verify passenger lists, boarding points, and seat allocations.

• Handle passenger complaints and ensure professional service.

• Maintain trip records and report any incidents or issues to management.

• Ensure company rules, schedules, and safety procedures are properly followed.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the transport management.

• As per company policy.
