∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Agile
∎ Training/Trade Course: PMP,Agile,Scrum Master
∎ Skills Required: Reporting

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage BSS Solution Delivery & Migration engagement, including end-to-end ownership of the project from kick-off to post-production support
∎ Create and manage project schedules encompassing development, testing, and go-live activities
∎ Oversee requirements gathering with clients and running user story grooming sessions with key stakeholders
∎ Obtain requirements sign-off for each phase to ensure compliance with client objectives
∎ Learn the client's business as a subject matter expert
∎ Identify and track customer pain-points, and gaps between business process requirements and systems capabilities
∎ Break down business problems into functional and technical requirements
∎ Manage project budget and prepare and distribute project invoices to clients
∎ Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to service delivery processes
∎ Co-ordinate the activities and tasks associated with BSS SWAP project in other OpCo's
∎ Ensure project team complies with time sheet entry guidelines by entering hours and task detail daily in the timesheet system
∎ Ensure project team complies with requirements gathering guidelines by documenting all use cases and acceptance criteria
∎ Be able to work flexible hours due to the location of customers and teams globally
∎ Support the development of training and implementation material
∎ Develop an understanding of the features, capabilities, and limitations of BSS Billing
∎ Monitor project progress by tracking development activity, resolving bottlenecks, and publishing status reports and communicating the reports with proper stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong background in BSS data migration and BSS transformation.
∎ Proven track record of successful large data migration projects on multiple engagements in ICT domain.
∎ BSS CRM & Billing solution migration experience is must
∎ BSS CRM & Billing solution Implementation experience is must
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, JIRA
∎ Unix, RDBMS, SOA Suite experience is plus
∎ PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
∎ Experience in establishing project controls to ensure controlled progress, including change management, reporting, tolerances and governance structures.
∎ Deep knowledge of Project Management and Quality Management concepts and principles.
∎ Sound knowledge of telecommunication technologies and trends.
∎ Excellent skills in producing reports is required.

Salary: Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
