Duties:

• Take ownership of the menu, ensuring all beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard of taste and appearance.

• Manage the daily workflow of the beverage station, making sure the area is prepared and stocked for service.

• Ensure all equipment is handled with care, kept clean and remains in good working order.

• Serve as a guide for other staff members, sharing knowledge and helping the team maintain consistency in their work.

• Keep track of essential supplies and ingredients, ensuring the station has everything needed to fulfil orders efficiently.
