Bakery and Pastry Expert, COFFEE SHOP, Fast Food, Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations
∎ Defining growth strategies and plans and setting targets
∎ Coordinating the activities of the various departments, monitoring efficiency and quality of services and compliance with standards
∎ Organizing, controlling and supervising the work of the staff
∎ Managing budget and finances with the aim of achieving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
∎ Monitoring budget and accounts and verifying results achieved
∎ Implementing sales and marketing strategies and rates policies
∎ Coordinating communications and marketing
∎ Participating in the staff selection process
∎ Maintaining relations with suppliers and managing purchasing
∎ Looking after administrative matters and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
∎ Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Managerial skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of the hotel, Food & Beverage sector
∎ Administration, budgeting and revenue management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge of one or more foreign languages
∎ Customer-oriented approach
∎ Dynamism and flexibility
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Patience and ability to cope well with stress
