∎ HSC/Bachelor's Degree in any field will be preferred.
Job Context:
∎ United Lube Oil is the sole distributor of Petronas in Bangladesh is looking for talented candidate for Brand promotion to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific region.
∎ Brand Promoter responsibilities include achieving daily and monthly sales target as per annual business plan, presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, one should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales targets.
∎ Ultimately, the candidate will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in the assigned territory.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna and Bogra
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve route wise daily, weekly, monthly sales target
∎ Ensure numeric distribution and convert non trading outlet into trading outlet
∎ Merchandize POSM materials (Sticker/Brochures/Danglers) in retail outlets
∎ Weekly spot campaign for consumer awareness at different places of assigned areas
∎ Work closely with other salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales target
∎ Answer customer questions about features, pricing, promotions and additional services
∎ Build rapport with influencers, mechanics and workshops for sustainable business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG organization
∎ Experience with Tire and lubricant industry is a plus
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Resilient and hard working with a proven track record in sales
Salary: Negotiable
