Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote Mosquito coil attractions and services to potential customers on-site and at events.
∎ Engage with visitors to explain the offerings, packages, and special promotions.
∎ Drive sales by encouraging visitors to purchase packages, tickets, and experiences.
∎ Support marketing campaigns by actively participating in promotional activities, both online and offline.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and report any concerns or opportunities for improvement to the management.
∎ Assist in brand activations and events, ensuring a high level of brand representation and consistency.
∎ Meet sales targets as defined by the management team.
