Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or HSC or equivalent degree in Marketing /Similar field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for promoting the features of a product to an audience or client.
∎ Should be capable to shows how product works, takes questions and attempts to persuade consumer or clients to buy product.
∎ Capable to meet weekly sales target on regular basis.
∎ Should be capable to provide information on promoted products / Services.
∎ Should has the ability to create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
∎ Should be capable to use lectures, films, charts and/or side shows.
∎ Should be capable to distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc.to source new sales opportunities.
∎ Should be capable to identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
∎ Should be capable to set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
∎ Should be capable to report on demonstration related information (interest level, question asked, number of samples /flyers distributed etc)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Proven working experience as a promoter.
∎ Track record of over-achieving quota.
∎ Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
∎ Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
Salary: Negotiable
