Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and design innovative concept and graphics for organizational & domestic marketing, such as, Product, Packaging, Brochure, Logo, Banner, Promotional Items, Communication and Branding etc.
∎ Develop design concepts; digitize concepts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and others Designing software.
∎ Understand dimensions, scale and all requirements for the press printing.
∎ To create Leaflets, Flyers, Designs, and Advertising materials for marketing of organization products.
∎ Need to have knowledge on Social Media and Digital Marketing content design.
∎ Monitoring dealer exclusivity
∎ Monitoring dealer merchandizing
∎ Signage/Board Plan & Implementation
∎ Market Intelligence
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla with strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Generate Idea/ Concept of required design.
∎ Meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure.
∎ Basic Copy-writing Skills and Content Creation

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
