∎ We are looking for a Energetic, Target Oriented and well Qualified travel enthusiast to join our team and support the day-to-day marketing activities.
∎ To succeed in this role, you must be skilled in content creation (at least Canva and Adobe Photoshop), copywriting and maintaining social media handles. You must have foundational knowledge on marketing, an eye for detail and be able to think on your feet. You will assume different roles at times, as a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert.
∎ You will have a creative flair and have experience with planning, organizing and launching branding initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting brand marketing goals within company's budget
∎ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
∎ Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
∎ Establishing and maintaining key partnerships to support sales levels
∎ Making all arrangements for attending different marketing programs, such as ATAB, HAAB and tourism trade fairs
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
∎ Content creation (static and video), Copywriting and maintaining social media handles
∎ Writing pitches, blog posts and articles
∎ Preparing (designing and printing) all offline marketing content
∎ Supporting the overall marketing initiatives of the company
∎ Ad-hoc involvement and support in wider strategic initiatives
∎ Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
∎ Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
