Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic individual with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of visa processing.
This is a multi-tasking role, with exposure to different sides of the business. Candidates must have the willingness to work on all parts of the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare SOP for visa applications of different countries
- Prepare and process the client’s visa applications
- Check documents before visa submission
- Data entry
- File management
- Help with admin responsibilities in the office
- Timely renewal and documentation of all official documents
- Liaison with IT team to troubleshoot all IT-related issues
- Support other teams with day-to-day tasks
- Carry out other tasks and duties assigned by management
