Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Media & Communication) from a UGC Approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate brand communication and campaign plans in line with yearly brand and business objectives
∎ Brief the creative agency on required communication solutions and campaigns while providing the needed consumer and product insights and direction for developing communication plans across all relevant touchpints
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary for gathering information and alignment
∎ Facilitate and manage corporate communications, internal employer branding projects, external communication needs, and any other brand related solutions for internal stakeholders
∎ Encourage and direct the agency to explore and present ideas for brand development across all touchpoints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Media & Communication) from a UGC Approved University
∎ 3-5 years working experience in brand communication or marketing with a good knowledge of brand management, agency management, and digital marketing
∎ Required Capabilities- Good understating of brand management, brand portfolio management, brand positioning, consumer insights, consumer engagement, and campaign planning
∎ Good understanding of media and communication touchpoints - including digital
∎ Insight driven: understanding consumer psyche, behavior, and trends
∎ Storytelling ability with good presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Eager to learn and grow both on and off the job
∎ Holistic thinking in terms of strategy formulation and go-to-market planning
∎ Work as a team player or self-starter based on the situation with good collaboration skills
∎ Resourceful and solution-driven: manage and pivot strategies and approaches when necessary to address bottlenecks and problems
