Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and ensure overall Brand strategy from launch to rapid scale, and long-term goals and marketing strategies.
∎ Lead and direct product and campaign launches as per product portfolio to ensure ROI.
∎ Uncover customer insights and competitor trends to predict future product lines.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams like R&I, Packaging, and Creative teams and drive day-to-day operations for continuous improvement.
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
∎ Proactively mitigate business, operational & compliance risks.
∎ Communicate regularly to leadership and team regarding progress on strategic priorities.
∎ Continue to develop the business model and product roadmap ahead of the market.
∎ Research existing industries to identify potential new product opportunities. Staying up-to-date with the changes in the market and trends would affect new product development.
∎ Coordinate with R&D and Product Development team for existing & new product development.
∎ Share information and source the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed.
∎ Assist in creating sample formulas through R&I and prototypes of packaging for new products to iron out flaws in the final design.
∎ Initiate in evaluating and resolving technical feasibility, formulation & design optimization of products.
∎ Approval of acceptance of the new products developed by the R&D or Product Development team.
∎ Marketing:
