Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop food/drink products including packaging from the ground up
∎ Develop pricing model to optimize profitability
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch and ensure effective execution in sales channel
∎ Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective
∎ Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and Budget
∎ Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives of assigned portfolio
∎ Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution
∎ Visit market regularly to interact with sales force, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports
∎ Understand research need and work with research team to effectively conduct the same
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have at least five years experience in Marketing department of reputed FMCG organization in Food and Beverage industry. But may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Creative and Analytical Thinking.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in marketing tools and techniques.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
