  • 6-7 years of marketing & brand communication experience in the retail industry.

  • Good understanding of graphic designing.

  • Proven ability to develop brand marketing strategies.

  • Strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers

  • Experience in managing different route level campaigns, activation program across the country align with business objectives.

  • University of Dhaka, University of Chittagong, Jahangirnagar University, Jagannath University, Rajshahi University students will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in planning and executing business campaigns and events.

  • Support the Sales Head in managing brand event plans and ensure the development of roadmaps.

  • Actively contribute to data analysis to understand service performance trends and customer behavior.

  • Develop communication strategies tailored to customer segments and assess communication effectiveness.

  • Plan, test, and ideate for ATL, BTL, and digital activities and communication strategies.

  • Stay updated on market developments, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitor strategies.

  • Coordinate with brand partners and business vertical teams to discuss, develop, update, and monitor communication activities as per the agreed campaign timeline.

  • Collect monthly and weekly reports, secure creative delivery sign-offs for business sales documents from advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, and other relevant teams, and prepare weekly update reports.

  • Participate in a broad range of research efforts, including surveys, secondary data analysis, and qualitative methods, to gain deeper insights into customers and key opinion leaders.

  • Support initiatives to build brand awareness and reach actual and potential target audiences.

  • Ensure all communication efforts related to product marketing and brand activities align with the company’s brand values and objectives.
