Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development and execution of all aspects of new product development (NPD), research initiatives, and marketing strategies- across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels to enhance brand visibility and equity in the FMCG sector, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing ROI.
∎ Identify innovative approaches to enhance the visibility and reach of branding initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Ensure marketing efforts resonate with the interests and needs of the target audience.
∎ Represent the organization at industry events, fostering partnerships and increasing brand presence.
∎ Work with marketing teams to seamlessly integrate brand activities into overall marketing plans.
∎ Provide specific insights to enhance brand & marketing effectiveness.
∎ Build and maintain client relationships to strengthen the organization's marketing position.
∎ Inspire brand teams dedicated to outdoor programs/events.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with a minimum of 03 years of proven experience in the skin cleansing products like Hygiene Soap, HW , and BW, etc., brand activities, and the management sector for meaningful contribution to our company to reach the goal of the organization.
