∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the mentioned activities within a reputable Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing company is preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to achieve budgeted targets.
∎ Create quarterly brand strategies and implement performance measures.
∎ Coordinate and allocate promotional materials in alignment with strategic plans.
∎ Oversee and manage new product development processes, including the successful launch of new products.

∎ Major Responsibilities :
∎ Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to achieve budgeted targets.
