∎ MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably from IBA, NSU, DU, JU, BUP
Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Marketing, Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor in developing the annual marketing plans and budget for hygiene products (Baby diaper, Sanitary Napkin, Baby wipes and wet tissue)
∎ Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research driven consumer insights
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
∎ Handle print and production process of communication materials
∎ Visit markets regularly to interact with the trade, health providers and consumers and collect market intelligence and report prepare
∎ Prepare campaign effectiveness report based on post campaign study
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives in hygiene products category and developing, maintain a strong liaison with all stakeholders to help secure and sustain support for SMC
∎ Process proposals for management approvals and follow up on decisions taken
∎ Coordinate with sales to determine strategies and need for promotional materials and other marketing support requirements for hygiene products
∎ Assist research department in the development of protocols and questionnaires related to hygiene products research projects and follow up the findings and analysis data
∎ Perform any other duties of department as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience preferably in large hygiene products industries (Sanitary Napkin and Diaper).
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and developing creative brief also production of communication materials
∎ Should be capable of supporting the team in developing marketing plans and writing project proposal
∎ Should have strong analytical skill and data driven thinking
∎ Must be a team player, open to feedback and sharing ideas
Salary: Negotiable
