Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, FMCG Sales & Marketing, FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop consumer products including packaging from the ground up
∎ Develop pricing model to optimize profitability
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launching and ensuring effective execution in sales channel
∎ Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective
∎ Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights
∎ Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution
∎ Visit market regularly to interact with sales force, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports
∎ Understand research need and work with research team to effectively conduct the same.
∎ Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing/Brand Plans and Budget.
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives of assigned portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Candidates with the work experience of relevant industry (Food & Beverage / Hygiene Product / Cosmetics & Toiletries) will be preferred .
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
Salary: Negotiable
