Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA and BBA in Marketing, preferably from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute launching plan, marketing brief, brand strategies, packaging design, layout, launching of new campaign for the brands.
∎ Analyze, develop and execute strategic marketing plan, pricing model to optimize profitability.
∎ Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution.
∎ Plan, execute and monitor the implementation of promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
∎ Assist supervisor in developing brand plan, annual marketing plan and budget.
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives, maintain a strong liaison with all stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in Hygiene Products (Sanitary Napkin/Baby Diaper) category or Food & Beverage category would be preferable.
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and developing creative brief also production of communication materials.
∎ Capable of supporting the team in developing marketing plans and writing project proposal.
∎ Should have proficiency in MS suites.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking
∎ Must be a team player, open to feedback and sharing ideas.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
