∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Promotion, Business development, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for particular brand or product.
∎ Create business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Supervise the Brand Team for proper execution of marketing promotional activities with the support of long term strategies.
∎ Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.
∎ Execute strategies with cross-functional teams.
∎ Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.
∎ Manage promotional activities in different districts.
∎ Manage access to brand assets.
∎ Develop brand standards and usage guidelines
∎ Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
∎ Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research.
∎ Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolios determine new products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude together with initiative and able to work independently.
∎ Able to motivate team towards achieving goals.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator etc.
