Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
∎ Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.
∎ Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
∎ Conduct the customer loyalty plans.
∎ • Develop creative materials, templates and collaterals.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
∎ Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
∎ Execute the brand campaigns.
∎ Generate customer awareness.
∎ • Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience.
∎ Implement alternate market research channels.
∎ Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer loyalty.
∎ Implement the brand communication plans.
∎ Implement the brand plans.
∎ Maintain the customer retention programs.
∎ Manage the effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programs.
∎ Manage the product quality, design and brand alignment.
∎ Predict emerging market needs.
∎ Oversee the designing, printing and delivery of ID card and Visiting card
