Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Align and communicate our vision and mission through services and supplementaries.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Plan and coordinate promotional events to increase brand awareness.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Collaborate with a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Generate Talks for education and quality education
∎ Generate awareness ideas for being capable individual and implementation as well.
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
∎ Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment.
∎ Create engaging content for social media platforms
∎ Develop and maintain relationship and engagement ideas and events with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and students, ex students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand awareness strategies.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Performance based yearly increment.
Six month probation period then permanent with a revised salary.
