∎ Minimum educational requirement: Graduates from any UGC-approved university (preferably BBA in Marketing, but other disciplines are also encouraged to apply).
∎ Age 23–33 years.
∎ Proven experience as a social media campaign executive or similar role.Skilled in SEO content writing.
∎ Proficient in computer operation and skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace programs.
∎ Have basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
∎ Good in both Bangla and English content writing.
∎ Resourceful and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with adaptive learning ability.
∎ Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends with a commitment to high-quality work.
∎ Have storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and detail, the idea of colour correction, visual effects, infographics, and editing.
∎ Able to adapt branding strategies to align with the evolving digital landscape and user behaviour in Bangladesh.
∎ Great sense of graphics content creation with an understanding of attention-grabbing through digital content to create banners, images, and promotions that will be displayed on the website, social media, and other display platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Role: Brand and Digital Content Manager
∎ Modality: Saturday to Thursday (11:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
∎ Location: Office
∎ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the competitive ed-tech market.
∎ Ensure the brand's voice, tone, and messaging resonate with the target audience, such as students, parents, and other stakeholders.
∎ Manage a team of content writers and designers, assign, review, and give feedback to them. Coordinate with product development and the sales team to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
∎ Prepare digital content plans and organise all ideas in the content calendar; prepare a task plan for the team; and ensure task assignment and proper submission from the team members.
∎ Write engaging and audience-grabbing content for copy and captions of Facebook, LinkedIn posts, and video scripts in both Bangla and English.
∎ Manage end-to-end campaigns: setup, targeting, creative asset management, optimisation, and reporting. Monitor and optimise campaigns for performance metrics like ROI, engagement, and customer acquisition costs.
∎ Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of the target audience and identify USPs, marketing, and growth opportunities.
∎ Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
∎ Oversee the platform's social media accounts, website, and other digital assets to ensure consistent branding. Plan and implement content strategies, including blogs, videos, and user testimonials, to drive organic traffic and brand credibility.
∎ Maintain clear and crisp communication and prepare regular reports for senior management on branding efforts and their outcomes. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for better performance.
∎ Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and platforms to incorporate innovative strategies.
