Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service Skills: Candidate must be friendly, outgoing and able to communicate effectively to greet customers warmly, answer their questions and make recommendations. Must have excellent customer service skills.
∎ Sales Skills: Must be able to identify customer needs and provide advice based on their requirements. Must be able to increase average store sales by upselling or suggesting new products to customers.
∎ Hygiene: Candidate must maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the shop. They should have knowledge about food hygiene.
∎ Physical Endurance: Candidate must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours in a bakery or pastry shop.
∎ Time Management Skills: The candidate must be able to manage time effectively, as tasks such as retrieving inventory, cleaning, and serving customers must be prioritized.
∎ Ability to work in a team : Candidate must be able to work effectively as part of a team, as they will be working with other store employees.
∎ Flexibility: Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as these are often busy times in the food industry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Internet browsing & online work ability.
