Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong physical and mental ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good negotiation skills willing to accept responsibilities and challenges with commitment and integrity.
∎ Ability to properly manage salespeople working in the showroom as per company guidelines.
∎ Always ready to deal with administrative political or other problems.
∎ Monthly comparison of actual results with ideals and interprets performance results and submits reports to authorities on time.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships and continually seek to develop new relationships.
∎ Good computer operating knowledge especially in MS applications.
∎ Any other matter relating to the Company as determined by the Management.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Internet browsing & online work ability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 01year e as a branch manager in any first food shop.
