Customer Care, HR and Admin, Marketing, Office Management, Social Media Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Coaching Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with students and guardians over the phone about the admission procedure.
∎ Managing all customer queries face to face and over the phone.
∎ Maintain visitors Database and regular follow-up.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
∎ Moderate Facebook page, group, and queries.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of the institution.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions offline & online.
∎ Maintain other team members.
∎ Maintain necessary contacts with the corresponding branches and with the teachers as well.
∎ Knowledge of the UK, Australia, Canada, European & USA Embassy filing and admission system will be an added advantage.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be offered based on the candidate`s experience, competency, and other skills.
