∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Have to stay in the Northern District of BD.
∎ Frequent field visits are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of all the Solar Irrigation Pump sites under the Branch.
∎ Achievement of coverage target.
∎ Ensure Collection of revenue in time.
∎ Liaison with IDCOL region office, Govt. Officials, Local Govt. officials and other relevant parties.
∎ Arrange meetings with farmers, operators and other relevant stakeholders from time to time.
∎ Daily reporting to Regional Manager & Head Office.
∎ Any other relevant tasks required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants who have experience in Renewable Energy Sector will get extra points.
∎ Have the mentality to stay and work in the rural environment.
∎ Frequently field visits and monitoring.
∎ Must have strong leadership to maintain office staff and rural farmers.
∎ Capability to drive a motorcycle.
∎ Reporting and analytical Capabilities.
∎ Experience in MS Word, and Excel.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
