Responsibilities & Context:
Branch Leadership & Operations
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Implement company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and student-focused work environment
Student Counseling & Admissions procedures
- Supervise and guide counselors in providing accurate study-abroad.
- Ensure correct guidance on course selection, university options, and
- eligibility
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate counselors and support staff
- Set performance targets and monitor individual and team KPIs
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop relationships with English medium schools, colleges, and institutional partners
- Plan and execute seminars, education fairs, and promotional events
Visa Processing & Compliance
- Oversee visa documentation and application processes
- Ensure compliance with embassy, immigration, and university regulations.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, collections, and refunds
- Monitor counselor commissions, incentives, and branch profitability
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute local marketing strategies to increase student intake
- Set target and achievement mechanism
Quality Assurance & Branch Growth
- Ensure high admission success and visa approval rates
- Continuously improve counseling quality and service delivery
- Maintain international relations and execute the guidelines of affiliated universities.
- Vast knowledge on IT & digital marketing approach.
Location: Dhanmondi (west panthopath ), Dhaka.
