Job Context:
∎ Reports on a day-to-day basis to: Head of Global Operation
∎ Hours: Saturday to Thursday - 10:00AM - 07:00PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main duties of the post will include:
∎ Managing the team efficiently
∎ Representing the company at education exhibitions
∎ Supporting the implementation of recruitment, conversion plans in order to maximize enrolments from the enquiry, agent and applicant pools.
∎ Working with other relevant department e.g. Marketing, Head office and other branch office to maximize the number of recruitment for the partner institutes
∎ Giving presentations and advice on a wide range of HE topics including application and admissions procedures, finance, student life and entry qualifications.
∎ Producing a broad range of market research reports, market audits and analyzing market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and inform product development.
∎ Working closely with colleagues who oversee the CRM system to develop recruitment campaigns and evaluation methods for the work carried out by the Marketing
∎ Assisting with the development of new and existing recruitment relationships, including within Universities, colleges and agents.
∎ Keeping abreast of development in higher education and updating advice and guidance accordingly.
∎ Undertaking any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the CEO
∎ The post holder will work on a full-time basis and be required to undertake travel around the country or outside the country. The post holder will be required to work some weekends and evenings when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of a 2 years' experience in relevant fields
∎ Experience of Public Speaking, preferably to school and/or university aged audience
∎ Interest in and knowledge of current issues in the higher education sector
∎ Experience of working with a range of stakeholders and developing relationships
∎ Experience of organising events for a wide range of audience
∎ Experience of using customer relationship management and have some ideas on marketing
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with a record of influencing and motivating others
∎ Strong administrative experience and organisational skills
∎ A proactive, energetic, customer-focused and result oriented approach
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
∎ Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
∎ Ability to collate/analyse market research and intelligence to produce comprehensive evolution reports to underpin strategies
