Job Context:
∎ It is an exciting time to join Shabuj Global Education Ltd. We are looking for a strong HR Manager to join our team, delivering an efficient and effective HR Operational support service to all levels of the organisation.
∎ Our HR Manager is responsible for high quality operational, transactional and advisory HR and recruitment services to support the success of the HR strategy, strategic business plan and effective promotion of an open, transparent and co-created culture. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Organisation on all HR operational, employee relation and recruitment matters, leading and managing the HR Assistant to deliver an efficient and effective end to end HR service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Operations: Develop, review and revise operational policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the HR service provided to the business is efficient and supports the achievement of wider strategic goals.
∎ Employee Relations: Provide subject matter expertise and legal advice to support the business with dealing with employee relations cases.
∎ Compensation and Benefits: Ensure continuous review of compensation across the Organisation to ensure fair and accurate distribution, and management of employee benefits to ensure they support staff wellbeing.
∎ Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment needs for the Organisation, providing an advisory service to managers and implements and continually develops a robust recruitment process.
∎ Evaluations of Employees performance (Monthly) and report to management team.
∎ Attendance Monitoring (Maintaining Holidays, Exceptional Leave and Customise overall Leave policies)
∎ Introduce and maintain the strict organisational environment within the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in a similar HR position, with a strong background in HR Operations (Minimum 2 years)
∎ Ability to effectively lead, motivate, manage and develop a team
∎ Excellent self-management skills: time management, planning and prioritising.
∎ Excellent communication and influencing skills, including senior stakeholders.
∎ Experiencing of managing a team.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
