Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the image and reputation of the company
∎ Create an efficient, friendly and service-oriented branch environment
∎ Manage relationship with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders
∎ Keep track of achievement of all targets and deliverables assigned to branch staff by respective line
∎ of business or function heads through interaction and review of relevant MIS reports
∎ Manage Branch based cross functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery for all lines of business and departments
∎ Provide front line administrative support to operational and administrative Head Office Functions
∎ Take appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure
∎ Control branch expenses and petty cash positions
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines
∎ Ensure adequate checks and balances are in place in all branch operations processes
∎ Visit prospective clients as and when required by the business and client executives
∎ Must review daily visit report of all employees visiting clients for new business and collection, assign new visits on daily & weekly basis ensuring efficient uses of Branch resources
∎ Meet clients visiting branches and connect with other head office officials when required. BM ensures fruitful relationships with current customer and establish good relationships with new ones
∎ Arrange daily meeting with the business team to explain their visit schedule and daily tasks
∎ Branch Manager will ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed
∎ Arrange training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best inn each branch team members of all the business and support teams in coordination with HR and RBH
∎ Branch Manager is responsible for deposit associate recruitment. Branch Managers are responsible to coordinate all activities and consult relevant parties in this regard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years location specific Marketing Experience

Salary: Negotiable
