Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduation from any recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Micro- Credit Branch operation and Management with cordial environment efficiently and effectively.
∎ Quality to develop the staff with proper skill of the effective micro credit program
∎ Collecting installment from clients/customers regularly in an amicable way and depositing it an account properly.
∎ Taking the challenges to meet the Credit Recovery target and report to the Coordinator.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports work plans and office correspondence.
∎ To ensure daily collectable loan and savings, conduct regularly scheduled field visits as well as visits to Somittee/Group as per policies.
∎ Respond to credit and collection related inquiries, to fulfill the monthly loan disverse collection and credit/loan recovery as per policy.
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
∎ Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience of Branch Manager in the Micro-Credit program.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Power point)
∎ Must have well skilled in motor bike driving and have to be own motor bike.

Salary: Negotiable
