Job Context:
∎ Meeting sales target and implement sales plans.
∎ Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh/ Outside Dhaka City
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily opening and closing the outlet regularly.
∎ Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
∎ Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives.
∎ Retail Store customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
∎ Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking.
∎ Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.
∎ Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
∎ Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
∎ Ensure proper visual merchandising.
∎ Ensure daily banking procedure as per accounts department direction.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Make sure that all reports (Daily, weekly and month ending business reports)
∎ Sales target should be achieved daily, monthly and yearly.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Provide proper after sales service to customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 2 to 4 years Experience in reputed fashion house (Retailer)
∎ Height min 5’5’’ with smart looking & sound health;
∎ shall be proactive, innovative and energetic;
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
∎ Must be Sufficient knowledge in Computer;
