Responsibilities & Context:
As a Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, responsible for driving branch performance and ensuring operational excellence. Your key duties will include:
- Driving Sales & Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Proactively visit institutions and organizations to expand the customer base.
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage daily branch operations, including inventory, merchandising, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Financial Management: Ensure all daily cash is banked and weekly financial remittances and reports are submitted to the head office accurately and on time.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent after-sales service as per company policy and actively participate in sales promotions to enhance brand engagement.
- Team & Performance Management: Oversee branch staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
