Osman Furniture is one of the renowned furniture showrooms in Mymensingh. Currently we are looking for an expert, dynamic & experience Branch Manager (Furniture Store).

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve sales.

• Providing guidance and training to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively.

• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

• Conducting regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.

• Planning and implementing attractive displays to showcase furniture products effectively.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Analyzing sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.

• ·Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.

• Analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth.

• Making recommendations for product offerings and pricing strategies based on market insights.
