∎ Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Well educated in reporting to Management through MIS.
∎ Well educated in Recruiting, training and supervising of employees.
∎ Maintain restaurant's image and suggest ways for improvement of the same.
∎ Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work with ownership and under pressure.
∎ Good at decision making and ability to work on your own.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant.
∎ Army Retired personnel will get preference
