Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.

• Having excellent e-mail, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.

• Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude Should be very good in reporting on time.

• New Farm selection, Existing Farm visit.

• Observe Farm Management & assure good biosecurity to the farm.

• Prepare weekly & monthly branch status report.

• Treatment to disease affected farms.

• Assurance of good quality feed, chicks & medicine deliver to the farms.

• Arrange training at field level.

• Control & monitoring all type of activity of line officer.

• Maintain good communication with farmers, Daily sales report prepare & monitoring.

• Bird stock prepare & monitoring, daily sales planning with sales officer.

• Discuss & monitor daily bird lifting schedule.

• Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with live broiler sales agent.

• Control and monitoring all type of activity of sales team.

• Maintain office decorum and good work environment.

• All type of report prepare and submit in time.

• Monitor and control any type of activity in the branch Management.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
