• Lead and manage branch functions including Sales, Activation, Distribution, and Warehouse.

• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks with high efficiency.

• Monitor branch KPIs and ensure achievement of targets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the machineries showroom

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and ensure branch profitability

• Manage showroom sales staff, technicians, and support employees

• Ensure proper display, stock availability, and maintenance of machineries

• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales service coordination

• Maintain inventory control, stock records, and coordination with warehouse

• Prepare daily, monthly sales, stock, and performance reports

• Ensure proper cash handling, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination

• Implement and enforce company policies, rules, and operational procedures

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
