Job Context:
∎ BIG BOSS IN is looking for some dynamic Branch Manager for its own Branches.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka/Anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run individually a showroom/outlet where 5-15 personnel are engaged for daily retail sales.
∎ To work as the key person of the show-room to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
∎ Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Make sure that all reports (Daily, week ending, and month ending business reports) are submitted to head office in time.
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
∎ Sales target should be achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Ensuring that all cash is banked daily and weekly remittances are submitted to head office along with report.
∎ Provide proper after-sales service to customers according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
∎ Take an effective part in all company sales promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicant must should have experience in the mentioned working field,
∎ Good reporting skills,
∎ Must have professional skills on Microsoft Office, excel
∎ Professionalism
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Stores/ Shops.
∎ Incumbent has to be young, smart & energetic
∎ Professionalism
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
