Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Independently managing a showroom or outlet with 2-10 people for daily retail sales.
∎ Working as a key person in the showroom to enhance and develop sales and marketing, and achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
∎ Possessing adequate knowledge and experience in sales and marketing and being capable of attracting potential customers.
∎ being able to work under pressure.
∎ Ensuring that all reports (daily, week-ending, and month-ending business reports) are submitted to the head office on time.
∎ Being prepared to be assigned to any place in Bangladesh.
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on a daily basis.
∎ Ensuring that all cash is banked daily, and weekly remittances are submitted to the head office along with a report.
∎ Providing proper after-sales service to customers according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
∎ Taking an effective part in all company sales promotions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professionalism.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (especially MS Excel).
